David Luscombe

Estimator

With more than 35 years of experience in the building industry, David Luscombe embarked on his career as an apprentice carpenter. He expanded his expertise in building and construction through studies in Estimating, Quantity Surveying, and Building Construction at Swinburne Institute. Over the years, he has accumulated extensive experience working on diverse projects, including Renovations & Additions, New Homes, Multi-Unit Developments, Apartment Buildings, Shops, Offices, Factories/Warehouses, and Multi-Story Buildings.

David has held the status of a registered Building Practitioner since the mid-1980s and has been a dedicated member of the Housing Industry Association for over 25 years. His commitment to excellence and wealth of knowledge make him a seasoned professional in the field.

Jorge Yap

Purchasing Officer

Before joining the Patterson Homes team, Jorge dedicated 16 years to the prefabricated timber industry, serving as a designer and detailer for engineered floor and roof trusses. His transition to Patterson Homes brings with it a wealth of valuable design knowledge, along with an exceptional eye for detail and precision. Jorge is known for his excellent interpersonal communication skills and willingness to assist wherever possible.

Beyond the confines of his professional responsibilities, Jorge engages in volunteer work with a focus on teaching to enhance people’s lives and promote strong family and personal values.

An energetic and vibrant personality, Jorge is passionate about sports, both as a spectator and a participant. His primary sporting interests span across AFL, NFL, NRL, NBA, tennis, soccer, and cricket.

Nathan Ferry

Meet Nathan, our Project Supervisor, boasting an extensive 22-year tenure in the building industry. A certified carpenter since 2008, he recently augmented his expertise by completing the Diploma of Building Surveying.

Nathan specializes in the diverse realms of residential construction, placing significant emphasis on cultivating robust client relationships, ensuring reliability, and delivering top-tier workmanship. Transitioning to the next phase of his career with Patterson Homes, Nathan expresses his delight in discovering a boutique building company that shares his fervour for meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to customer service.

Outside the professional arena, Nathan finds solace in the great outdoors, indulging in activities like fishing and camping. As a dedicated snowboarder, he also maintains an active lifestyle through weekly basketball games.
