We offer the opportunity to choose from our quality fixtures, fittings and materials from our Lifestyle Range, Luxury Range or customised specifications.
We can help you with your internal and external specifications and interior decorating choices and tailored them to suit your needs and requirements. We have a fully qualified interior design specialist on hand with access to a wide range of product displays so that you are able to create the exact style you’re after.

Our Lifestyle Range offers great quality and value for money with a range of fittings that are both stylish and contemporary. Our Luxury Range offers luxurious extras appealing to clients who wish to add a little style and glamour to their home or development. We can tailor a range to suit your needs and requirements to specifically reflect your style and budget.
Fittings and Fixtures Selection
In order for us to provide you with an accurate and prompt quotation, please ensure you have either working drawings or town planning drawings available. Then please follow the steps outlined below;
- Download and review the FITTINGS & FIXTURES SELECTION document which can be used as a guide in reference to the products available within the Lifestyle Range and the Luxury Range
- In order to obtain permission to access the selection checklist, please fill out the form on the contact us page and we will be in contact with you to provide you with a password to access the OWNERS SELECTION CHECKLIST.
- Once you have been provided with a password, please complete the owners selection checklist in accordance with the Fixtures and Fittings Selection document and save a copy on your desktop.
- Once you have completed the owners selection checklist, please email the document together with the either the working drawings and town planning drawings to tenders@www.pattersonhomes.com.au
